Having only a Great team without the right direction, counseling, and mentoring result in passionate work but toward wrong directions. This results in more friction, stress, and anxiety. For a Great Leader, if he doesn\u2019t have a good execution team, everything remains in the presentation or on paper. The strategy looks good and promising but there are no results due to poor execution by team.
