I am sure everyone is aware of the content, but to elaborate &#8211; A content management system is computer software used to manage the creation and modification of digital content. CMSs are typically used for enterprise content management and web content management. Source:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Content_management_system\">Wikipedia<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we go green, adopt digital technologies we will see more &amp; more digital content whether those are simple word documents, PowerPoint presentations, e-books, PDF files, or audio &amp; video files. With the current scenario of COVID19, most of the classes are happening online. Whether to create a digital library or to store the Video recordings for compliance purposes Institutes are in need of CMS. Many Institutes are converting the CMS for building \u201cDigital Library\u201d for students, teachers which can be accessed securely from anywhere, anytime, and on any device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are many CMS available, Opensource as well as Licensed one. Most Universities have recognized Drupal as a choice for their CMS due to its Robustness &amp; Scalability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of the benefits what Universities have seen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Build a site for each department and stream (Multi-site Functionality)<\/li><li>User Access Control (Students\/Teachers\/Administration)<\/li><li>Easy and flexible roles and permission settings<\/li><li>Multi-lingual Support<\/li><li>Workflow &amp; Management<\/li><li>Categories and Hierarchy which is a unique need to Education Institutes<\/li><li>Extend &amp; Integrate<\/li><li>Good Information Security and Regular patches available<\/li><li>Simple Drupal UI \u2013 for non-tech persons<\/li><li>Headless or Decoupled Drupal provide UI flexibility over Web  &amp; Mobile<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is some list of Universities and colleges who have used Drupal-based solutions and systems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Oxford University<\/li><li>Harvard University<\/li><li>MIT<\/li><li>Stanford University<\/li><li>Duke University<\/li><li>Karlstad University<\/li><li>UCLA<\/li><li>University of Arizona<\/li><li>Penn State<\/li><li>University of British Columbia<\/li><li>University of Toronto<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Future Learning sees content as a central place. As per the Unesco research <a href=\"https:\/\/unesdoc.unesco.org\/ark:\/48223\/pf0000234807\">article<\/a>, we will see improvement and transformation in the future of learning. Schools and colleges need to prepare students for future and challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are seeing the transformation from Instructor-led learning to self-pace, self-driven, self-directed &amp; self-determined learning. Schools and colleges will play important role in redefining the learning content and content delivery methods for the next millennials.
